    It's just too handy having it so close to home.I can be there in less than minutes in my car.One annoying thing about the app.It says you can preorder on there, and you can go through a menu and pick what you want.But you have to physically be at the location to pay. So you're not preordering anything!You're basically just using your phone and not their massive boards.So that's not true. You can't order, then go pick up your food when it's ready.The GPS location service let's the app know when you're close enough to the restaurant.But decent McDonald's.They're all the same, let's face it.At least this one seems like the burgers are fresh.

    Very user friendly ordering system. Lots of options and customisation available which is an added bonus. We received our food promptly and the food was warm so very happy with the quick service. Om is excellent and always greets us with a smile. Very helpful and prompt service. Goes over and beyond so would like to thank Om for his professional as well as friendly service. Om was very responsive and ensured we had a memorable and enjoyable meal dining. Thank you Om for your outstanding services and looking forward to visit again sooner

    This McDonald's restaurant has been a great addition to the local area. Those who live in East Suffolk, outside of the Ipswich area. Will know that access to fast food, for better or worse is very limited. And most folks will have a - minute drive to Martlesham from the local rural communities.This place since opening, from my perspective has always been very efficient and good quality. I particularly enjoy the park and collect service, offered through the app. Although I do feel guilty for the staff, who have to walk out to the cars. (thank you guys, I wish we could tip through the app).My biggest gripe here, is the lack of a drive-thru. But physically it seems impossible to add one. Furthermore, I wish there was some sort of enforcement on the park and collect bays, I'd say a good % of those parked in there at any one time, are indoors and not using the bays for their intended purpose.

    For the second time on the trot I’ve ordered a meal with table service and it’s not turned up. This evening I waited minutes then went to the counter to ask where my meal was. I was met by some gormless people who pointed at the food lift. It’s been in there all this time here it is. It’s cold isn’t it. Therefore just got a refund and left. How can they be so bloody useless.
